The Laurel Hotel and Spa’s check-in time is 3PM and check-out is 12 noon.
Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?
We do offer an early check-in and late check-out depending on availability. There will be no charge if it does not comprise our check-in and check-out time.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Cancellation must be made within 72 hours to avoid cancellation fee.
Is the front desk staffed 24 hours a day?
Yes. There is a Guest Experience Expert that will be available all throughout the day.

Yes. The Laurel Hotel and Spa do have a parking space for our guests staying and a Valet that can assist them.

There will be a charge of $35 per night for the parking.

What types of rooms do you offer?
The Laurel Hotel and Spa has 4 types of rooms. It has a luxury king room, luxury suite room, an accessible king room and accessible suite room.

Yes. It has an accessible king and suite room.
Are the rooms pet-friendly?
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets, but we would be happy to assist the guests to find accommodation for them.
Do rooms include a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker?
Yes. Inside the room, we do have a mini fridge with complimentary drinks and a coffee machine that they can enjoy at any time of the day.
Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?
Yes. We do have complimentary Wi-Fi, and it does not require any password.
Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?
Yes. The rooms do have air conditioning and guests can control the temperature based on their preference.
Are crib or rollaway beds available?
Yes. We do have cribs and rollaway beds available at the request of the guests.

Is there an on-site restaurant or bar?
Yes. We do have 1856 Culinary Residence for a fine dining experience and Walt’s on the Roof for casual dining.
Do you offer room service?
Yes. We do offer room service at any time of the day as we have a 24-hour kitchen.
Is breakfast included? If not, is it available for purchase?
Yes. There is an inclusion of breakfast presentation from the rate. We also do offer an ala carte menu for breakfast in case of a guest request.
Are there any nearby restaurants you recommend?
Yes. For a casual dining, Ariccia Cucina Italiana offers italian cuisines located at The Hotel at Auburn University. For elevated casual dining, The Hound offers American classic menu and is located at 124 Tichenor Ave behind the parking deck of Moe’s Original BBQ. For a fine dining experience, 1856 Culinary Residence offers 5 and 8 course meals and is located on the 1st floor of the Rane Center.

Yes. We do have an outdoor heated pool on our rooftop terrace.

Yes. We do have a fitness center that is 24/7 located on the 6th floor of the Rane Center.
Do you offer spa services?
Yes. We do offer spa services, and we can assist you with making an appointment.
Are there any activities or entertainment options at the hotel?
We do have a heated infinity pool located on the rooftop terrace and a fitness center that is 24/7 on the 6th floor. We also offer holistic experience in our spa including a relaxation lounge, Himalayan salt room and steam room.
